Hard Charm (xy1-119) is a Pokémon Tool Trainer card from the XY set printed as an uncommon variant by Alejandro Ng. When attached to one of your Pokémon that has no other Tool, it reduces damage done to that Pokémon by an opponent’s attack by 20 after Weakness and Resistance. It enables broad defensive strategies by stacking with Items (subject to the one-Tool-per-Pokémon rule) to protect key attackers or evolution lines.
