Pikachu-EX (Holofoil)

Description

Pikachu-EX (xyp-XY84-Holofoil) is a Lightning Basic EX Pokémon from the XY Black Star Promos series. It has two attacks: Iron Tail flips coins until tails for 30 damage per heads, and Overspark discards all Lightning Energy attached to deal 50 damage per Energy discarded. As an EX attacker it depends on energy dumping and coin luck to produce large, variable damage outputs.
