Description

Pikachu-EX (XY124, Promo) is a Lightning-type Basic Pokémon-EX from the XY Black Star Promos set illustrated by Megumi Mizutani. It has two attacks, including Iron Tail for low-cost damage and Overspark which scales with energy, and is subject to the Pokémon-EX knockout rule. As a Basic EX with a single retreat cost, it can function as an early-game attacker or energy-accelerated damage source depending on deck build.
