Krookodile-EX (XY25 Jumbo) is a Darkness-type Basic Pokémon-EX promo from the XY Black Star Promos series. It has two attacks: Second Bite which scales with damage already on the opponent's Active Pokémon, and Megaton Fang which requires discarding a card or does nothing. As an oversized Jumbo promo, it mirrors the regular promo's stats and EX rule but serves as a display/collector piece rather than a standard tournament card.
