Jirachi (XY67, Magnus Pedersen variant) is a Metal Basic Pokémon promo from the XY Black Star Promos expansion. Its Stardust attack discards a Special Energy attached to your opponent's Active Pokémon and, if you do, prevents all effects of attacks, including damage, to this Pokémon during your opponent's next turn. Its Dream Dance attack deals 20 damage and puts both Active Pokémon to Sleep, providing disruption or stall options in decks that use Metal-tech.
