Hoopa-EX (XY71) is a Basic Pokémon-EX promo of the Psychic type from the XY Black Star Promos set. It has the Ability Scoundrel Ring which lets you search your deck for up to three other Pokémon-EX (not including another Hoopa-EX) when you play it onto your Bench. Its attack Hyperspace Fury discards two Energy to deal 100 damage to any one of your opponent’s Pokémon, letting it target Benched Pokémon without applying Weakness and Resistance.
