Garchomp Spirit Link (XY169) is a Trainer — Pokémon Tool promo from the XY Black Star Promos set. It lets you attach a Pokémon Tool to a Pokémon and prevents your turn from ending if that Pokémon becomes M Garchomp-EX. The card also removes the usual Item-play limit by allowing you to play as many Item cards as you like during your turn before attacking.
