Whimsicott ex (005/086) is a Grass-type Stage 1 Pokémon ex from the White Flare set with a Double Rare holofoil variant. Its Energy Gift attack lets you search your deck for up to three Basic Energy and attach them as you like, enabling rapid setup, while Wondrous Cotton deals 50 damage times the number of Trainer cards revealed in your opponent’s hand. It carries the Pokémon ex rule that awards the opponent two Prize cards if it is Knocked Out, which affects deck risk–reward decisions.
