It has the Ability Fast-Flight Configuration that removes its Retreat Cost if the opponent has any Pokémon-GX or Pokémon-EX in play, and an attack, Splitting Beam, that deals 30 damage to two of the opponent's Benched Pokémon. The card carries typical weaknesses, resistances, and a two Colorless retreat cost that affect tactical decisions in battle.
