Genesect (sm10-127) is a Basic Metal Pokémon from the Unbroken Bonds set with Rare rarity. It has the Fast-Flight Configuration Ability that removes its Retreat Cost if your opponent has any Pokémon-GX or Pokémon-EX in play. Its Splitting Beam attack deals 30 damage and can also hit two of the opponent's Benched Pokémon for board pressure.
