Description

Handheld Fan (sv6-150) is a Pokémon Tool Trainer card from the Twilight Masquerade expansion printed as a Reverse Holofoil. It attaches to one of your Pokémon and, if that Pokémon is Active and is damaged by an opponent's attack, forces the attacker to move an Energy from itself to one of its Benched Pokémon. The card follows standard Tool rules allowing only one Tool per Pokémon and can be attached during your turn.
