Description

Rescue Board (sv5-159, Uncommon) is a Trainer — Pokémon Tool from the Temporal Forces expansion. It reduces the Retreat Cost of the Pokémon it's attached to by one Colorless and makes that Pokémon have no Retreat Cost if its remaining HP is 30 or less. The card also reiterates the standard rule allowing one Tool attachment per Pokémon and that Tools remain attached unless removed by an effect.
