Mist Energy (sv5-161 Play Pokémon Stamp) is a Special Energy card from the Temporal Forces expansion printed as a Play Pokémon Stamp. While attached, it provides Colorless Energy and prevents effects of attacks from your opponent's Pokémon on the attached Pokémon (existing non-damage effects are not removed). This card supports defensive or stall strategies by blocking opponents' status or secondary attack effects while still supplying basic energy.
