If the Pokémon this card is attached to has a Retreat Cost of exactly 4, is Active, and is Knocked Out by opponent’s attack damage, you may move up to three Basic Energy from that Pokémon to your Benched Pokémon in any arrangement. The card follows normal Tool rules allowing only one Tool per Pokémon while letting you attach any number of Tools during your turn.
