Description

Rayquaza V (SWSH147) is a Basic Rapid Strike Pokémon V promo from the SWSH Black Star Promos. It has two attacks: Dragon Pulse discards the top two cards of your deck for 40 damage, and Spiral Burst can discard up to two basic Fire or Lightning Energy from itself to add 80 damage per discarded card on top of a base 20. The card follows the V rule so it gives your opponent two Prize cards if Knocked Out and has a two Colorless retreat cost.
