Noivern V (SWSH148) is a Basic Pokémon V promo from the SWSH Black Star Promos series with a Dragon type and holofoil variant. Its Boomburst attack deals 20 damage to each of your opponent’s Pokémon, and Synchro Loud deals 60 damage plus 120 more if you have the same number of cards in hand as your opponent. The card carries the Pokémon V rule which gives the opponent two Prize cards if this Pokémon is Knocked Out.
