Sitrus Berry (swsh1-182-Reverse-Holofoil) is a Trainer — Pokémon Tool from the Sword & Shield expansion and printed as an Uncommon reverse holofoil. When attached to a Pokémon that has three or more damage counters at the end of a turn, it heals 30 damage and is then discarded. The card is played as an Item and you may play any number of Item cards during your turn, and it cannot be attached to a Pokémon that already has a Pokémon Tool.
