Attach it to a Pokémon that has no other Pokémon Tool and if that Pokémon is Knocked Out by damage from an opponent's attack you draw up to seven cards. It’s an Item card, so playing it doesn’t count against the one-per-turn rule for Tools and you may play any number of Item cards on your turn.
