Shady Dealings lets you, upon evolving this Pokémon from your hand during your turn, search your deck for up to two Trainer cards and add them to your hand. Its Aqua Bullet attack deals 120 damage and also deals 20 damage to one of your opponent's Benched Pokémon, providing both a strong main attack and bench pressure.
