Quaquaval (sv8-52, Reverse Holofoil) is a Water Stage 2 Pokémon from the Surging Sparks expansion. Its Up-Tempo Ability requires putting a card from your hand on the bottom of your deck to then draw cards until you have five in hand once during your turn. It also has the Hydro Splash attack that deals 120 damage for a Water and Colorless cost and carries a two-cost retreat and Lightning weakness.
