It has the Resolute Heart Ability that prevents being Knocked Out when at full HP by setting its remaining HP to 10, and an attack, Topaz Bolt, that deals 300 damage but requires discarding three Energy from this Pokémon. Its Pokémon ex rule causes the opponent to take two Prize cards if it is Knocked Out, changing its strategic risk and reward in decks.
