Description

Milotic ex (sv8-237-Holofoil) is a Water Stage 1 Pokémon ex from the Surging Sparks expansion. Its Sparkling Scales Ability prevents all damage and effects from attacks by your opponent's Tera Pokémon, and its Hypno Splash attack deals 160 damage and leaves the opponent's Active Pokémon Asleep. Because it is an ex, it awards two Prize cards when Knocked Out, increasing its risk in match play.
