Meddling Memo (Reverse Holofoil)

Description

Meddling Memo (sv8-181 Reverse Holofoil) is an Item Trainer card from the Surging Sparks expansion. When played, it forces the opponent to count their hand, shuffle those cards, put them on the bottom of their deck, then draw that many cards. It also notes that you may play any number of Item cards during your turn, allowing it to combo freely with other Item plays.
