Magneton (sv8-59) is a Lightning-type Stage 1 Pokémon from the Surging Sparks expansion. It has the Ability Overvolt Discharge, which lets you attach up to three Basic Energy from your discard pile to your Lightning Pokémon but knocks this Pokémon out when used. Its Electric Ball attack deals 40 damage and it has a single Colorless retreat cost, making it a straightforward energy-support and mid-speed attacker in Lightning decks.
