Description

Kilowattrel ex (sv8-68-Holofoil) is a Lightning-type Stage 1 Pokémon ex from the Surging Sparks expansion. It has Return Charge to switch with a Benched Pokémon and optionally attach up to two Basic Lightning Energy from your hand, and Thunder Lance which increases damage by 40 for each Lightning Energy attached. As a Pokémon ex it follows the ex knockout rule and pairs with aggressive energy-attachment strategies to power its variable-damage attack.
