Description

Counter Gain (sv8-169) is a Trainer — Pokémon Tool from the Surging Sparks expansion printed as a Reverse Holofoil. While attached, it reduces the Colorless energy cost of attacks for that Pokémon if you have more Prize cards remaining than your opponent. It is attached to a single Pokémon that doesn't already have a Pokémon Tool and follows the usual one-Tool-per-Pokémon rule.
