Relicanth (Reverse Holofoil)

Description

Relicanth (pl3-79, Reverse Holofoil) is an Uncommon Fighting-type Basic Pokémon from the Supreme Victors expansion. It has an attack that does 30 damage to a chosen opponent's Pokémon for each Pokémon Tool and Stadium they have in play and an Amnesia attack that prevents the Defending Pokémon from using one of its attacks during the next turn. A primitive Pokémon species that hasn't changed in over 100 million years and was discovered during deep-sea exploration.
