Raichu (pl3-77) is an Uncommon Stage 1 Lightning Pokémon from the Supreme Victors set printed as a Reverse Holofoil. It has Quick Attack that can deal extra damage on a coin flip and Gigashock which also deals 10 damage to two of your opponent’s Benched Pokémon. Its weaknesses, resistances, and zero retreat cost make it a lightweight attacker and bench-control option in Lightning decks.
