Primeape (pl3-39 Reverse Holofoil) is a Stage 1 Fighting-type Pokémon from the Supreme Victors set. It has the Top Drop attack that discards the top card of your opponent's deck and can deal damage if that card is a Pokémon, and Brick Break which deals 40 damage unaffected by Resistance or most defensive effects. Its small retreat cost and Psychic weakness shape its defensive and mobility profile in play.
