This Basic Psychic Pokémon has a single attack, Desperate Slap, which deals extra damage if it already has five or more damage counters. It also features the Focus Wall Poké-Body that prevents it from being Knocked Out by very large attacks and instead leaves it at 10 HP. Released in the Platinum: Supreme Victors expansion, this card is part of the 2009-era Platinum series print run for the Pokémon TCG and was issued as a reverse holofoil variant in that set.
