Metang (pl3-69 Reverse Holofoil) is a Metal Stage 1 Pokémon from the Supreme Victors set. Its Poké-Body Metallic Lift makes its Retreat Cost 0 when it has any Metal Energy attached. Its Psychic attack deals 40 base damage and increases by 10 for each Energy attached to the defending Pokémon, giving it leverage against high-energy targets.
