Search your opponent's discard pile for a Basic Pokémon and put it onto his or her bench. This power can't be used if Honchkrow is affected by a Special Condition.
Does 30 damage plus 10 more damage for each Pokémon that isn't an evolved Pokémon in play (both yours and your opponent's).

Honchkrow (pl3-29 Reverse Holofoil) is a Stage 1 Darkness Pokémon from the Supreme Victors set and evolves from Murkrow. It has the Poké-Power Darkness Restore which can put a Basic Pokémon from your opponent's discard onto their Bench if conditions are met. Its Riot attack does 30+ damage, dealing an extra 10 for each Pokémon in play that is not an evolved Pokémon.
