Exploud (pl3-28) is a Colorless Stage 2 Pokémon from the Supreme Victors set with collector number 28/147. It has the Poké-Body Erasing Sound that removes Weakness from all your Pokémon and two attacks: Knock Back, which forces the Defending Pokémon to be switched with a Benched Pokémon, and Hyper Beam, which can discard an Energy from the Defending Pokémon on a coin flip. Its printed weak point is Fighting +30 and it requires two Colorless to retreat, making it a mid-cost board-piece that can disrupt opponent positioning.
