Description

Chingling (pl3-98 Reverse Holofoil) is a Basic Psychic Pokémon from the Supreme Victors expansion. It features the Baby Evolution Poké-Power to evolve into Chimecho from your hand and remove all damage, and an attack, Chime, that copies a Supporter effect from your opponent's discard pile. The combination provides a small healing/evolution engine and occasional disruption by using opponents' Supporter effects.
