It has Heal Bell, which removes 3 damage counters from each of your Pokémon, and Super Psywave, which places damage counters equal to the Energy attached to a chosen opponent's Pokémon. Its low retreat cost and utility healing make it suited for supportive roles in decks rather than heavy attackers.
