Description

Poison Barb (sm1-124 Reverse Holofoil) is a Trainer — Pokémon Tool from the Sun & Moon set. It attaches to a single Pokémon and causes the attacking Pokémon to become Poisoned if the equipped Pokémon is the Active and is damaged by an opponent's attack. As an Item/Tool card, it is playable during your turn under the normal Item play rules and can be included in decks to add a persistent poison effect while attached.
