Greedy Dice (xy11-102 Reverse Holofoil) is a Trainer — Item card from the Steam Siege set. It can only be played if you drew it as a face-down Prize card, and when played you flip a coin to possibly take one additional Prize card. It also notes that you may play as many Item cards as you like during your turn, clarifying its interaction with standard Item-play rules.
