It has the Roto Motor Ability that, once you have nine or more Pokémon Tool cards in your discard pile, lets this Pokémon ignore all Energy costs for its attacks. Its attack Wash Arrow can target a single Benched opponent’s Pokémon for 50 damage, allowing bench pressure without applying Weakness or Resistance to that target.
