Volcanion (SM179 Staff Stamp) is a Fire-type Basic Pokémon promo from the SM Black Star Promos series. Its Flare Starter attack searches your deck for a Fire Energy and attaches it to one of your Pokémon, or if you go second on your first turn it can fetch and attach up to three Fire Energy before you shuffle. High-Heat Blast does 50 damage and deals an extra 60 if you have at least four Fire Energy in play, providing a heavy-damage option for energy-accelerated Fire builds.
