Vaporeon-GX (SM172) is a Water-type Stage 1 Pokémon-GX promo from the SM Black Star Promos set. It has the Hydrating Drops Ability to heal 30 damage from your Active Water Pokémon once per turn and a Hydro Pump attack that scales damage with attached Water Energy. Its GX attack, Cure Shower-GX, heals all damage from all of your Water Pokémon but is limited to one GX attack per game.
