Description

Raikou-GX (SM121) is a Lightning-type Basic Pokémon-GX promo from the SM Black Star Promos set. It has two standard attacks—Dig Claws for modest damage and high-cost Thunder that can hurt itself on tails—and a GX attack, Thunderous Rain-GX, that deals 100 damage to each of the opponent’s Pokémon with Energy attached. Its Pokémon-GX rule applies, causing two Prize cards to be taken if it’s Knocked Out, which influences risk and strategy for using the GX attack.
