Phione (SM220 staff stamp) is a Water-type Basic Pokémon promo from the SM Black Star Promos set. It has the Whirlpool Suction Ability letting you force your opponent to switch their Active with a Benched Pokémon while you return Phione to the bottom of your deck and discard its attachments. It also has a single Water attack, Rain Splash, that deals 10 damage for one Water Energy and a one-colorless retreat cost.
