Pheromosa-GX (SM66, Holofoil) is a Grass-type Basic Ultra Beast Pokémon-GX from the SM Black Star Promos set. It has Fast Raid for an early low-cost attack, Cruel Spike that deals 60 damage and Confuses the opponent, and a GX attack, Beauty-GX, that scales damage by 50 for each Prize your opponent has taken. Its GX status means it follows the Pokémon-GX knockout prize rule and you may only use one GX attack per game.
