It has the Bench Barrier Ability to prevent damage to your Benched Pokémon and the Psypower attack which places three damage counters anywhere on the opponent's Pokémon. Its low retreat cost and Basic subtype make it easy to include as a utility or tech Pokémon in decks that use small psychic-support strategies.
