Description

Magikarp & Wailord-GX (SM166 Holofoil) is a Water-type Basic TAG TEAM Pokémon–GX promo from the SM Black Star Promos series. It has two attacks including Super Splash for heavy single-target damage and a GX attack, Towering Splash-GX, that can hit all Benched Pokémon if a large amount of extra Water Energy is attached. The card carries the TAG TEAM knockout penalty of three Prize cards and has a high retreat cost and Grass weakness which affect its strategic deployment.
