Charizard-GX (SM60 Holofoil) is a Fire-type Stage 2 Pokémon-GX promo from the SM Black Star Promos expansion. It has powerful attacks including Wing Attack for 70 damage, Crimson Storm that deals 300 damage at the cost of discarding three Fire Energy, and the GX attack Raging Out-GX that mills the opponent for 10 cards. Its GX status means it follows the Pokémon-GX rule where being Knocked Out awards the opponent two Prize cards, and you may use only one GX attack per game.
