Retro Energy (ecard3-144) is a Special Energy card from the Skyridge expansion. When attached from your hand to an Evolved Pokémon, it provides Colorless Energy and lets you optionally remove up to two damage counters while discarding the top card of that Pokémon, which counts as devolving it. This card’s effect can both heal damage and force devolution, creating trade-offs for deck strategies.
