It has the Star Rondo VSTAR Power that can switch it from Bench to Active and force an opponent to switch a Benched Pokémon into their Active spot, and it also has the Sudden Eater attack that gains 90 extra damage if it switched into the Active this turn. Its VSTAR rule applies the usual penalty of the opponent taking 2 Prize cards when this Pokémon VSTAR is Knocked Out.
