Description

Earthen Seal Stone (swsh12-154) is a Holofoil Item — Pokémon Tool from the Silver Tempest expansion. When attached, the Pokémon V can use a VSTAR Power called Star Gravity that places damage counters on each of your opponent's Pokémon V until those Pokémon have 100 HP remaining. As a Tool it must be attached to a Pokémon that doesn't already have a Pokémon Tool and is played under normal Item/Tool rules.
