Description

Blissey V (TG22) is a Colorless Basic Pokémon V from the Silver Tempest Trainer Gallery expansion. It has the Natural Cure Ability that removes all Special Conditions from it whenever you attach an Energy card from your hand, and its Blissful Blast attack does 10 plus 30 more damage for each Energy attached while optionally retrieving up to three Energy cards from your discard pile if it deals damage. With a four‑Colorless retreat cost and V rule knockout penalty, it functions as a high-HP support attacker that can accelerate Energy recovery for sustained turns.
